Description of Service

AudioPrompt provides AI-assisted audio isolation from video based on user prompts. Users can upload or record media, request separation of sounds, preview results, and export outputs.

Accounts

Some features require an account (for example, Apple Sign-In). You are responsible for activities under your account and for maintaining account security.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store billing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• Refunds are managed according to Apple policies.

User Content

You retain rights to media you provide. You grant AudioPrompt a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal or infringing content.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
• Do not bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

AI Output Disclaimer

Audio isolation quality varies by source material. We do not guarantee perfect separation in all conditions.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioPrompt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse, or legal compliance requirements.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
